Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Queazy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of Queazy after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Description of Service
Queazy is an AI-powered educational platform that generates quizzes and study materials from user-uploaded content. The service is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase. Key features include:
- AI-generated quizzes from PDFs, notes, and other study materials
- Personalized study tools including spaced repetition and progress tracking
- Collaborative features such as study groups and shared quiz sets
Features and availability may change as we develop the platform. During the waitlist phase, access is limited to the landing page and waitlist registration.
User Accounts and Eligibility
To use Queazy, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use Queazy. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts or join the waitlist
- Users between 13 and 18 should have parental or guardian consent before using the service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Queazy for any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the service to facilitate academic dishonesty, cheating, or plagiarism
- Uploading content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Queazy platform
- Interfering with or disrupting the service, servers, or networks connected to Queazy
- Using automated systems or bots to access the service without our written permission
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Queazy, including study materials, notes, and documents. By uploading content, you grant Queazy a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- Process your content through our AI engine to generate quizzes and study materials for your personal use
- Store your content securely to provide the service to you
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit. Do not upload copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
Intellectual Property
The Queazy platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, code, and underlying technology, is owned by Queazy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written consent. Your use of Queazy does not grant you any ownership rights in the service or its content beyond your own uploaded materials.
AI-Generated Content
Queazy uses artificial intelligence to generate quizzes and study materials. Please be aware of the following:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important information with authoritative sources
- AI output is intended as a study aid and is not a substitute for professional academic, medical, legal, or other expert advice
- The quality of generated quizzes depends on the quality and clarity of the source materials you provide
- Queazy does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose
Disclaimers
Queazy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. As a pre-launch product, features and availability are subject to change without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queazy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or academic outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Queazy in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Queazy at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Queazy shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time as Queazy evolves from waitlist to full product launch. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Queazy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
